This Service Agreement is concluded between Serhat Şahin Hallaç - Paydos ("Paydos") and restaurants, hotels and other businesses ("User") that start using the platform.
Paydos provides services such as order tracking, payment tracking, stock management and personnel management to users. These services are provided through the platform.
Digital tracking of restaurant orders.
Processing payment transactions via QR, cash, POS.
Management and tracking of product stock status.
Employee management and shift tracking.
Business income and expense analysis.
Monitoring restaurant activities.
Secure payment infrastructure service.
Paydos takes a commission in return for the services it provides. The commission rate is calculated as specified on the platform.
Payments are made through the Paytr payment infrastructure and Paydos only intervenes in payments as a commission.
Paydos only takes commission from transactions made through Paytr's secure payment infrastructure, payments are completely processed by Paytr.
The user will use the Paydos platform only for legal and commercial purposes. Only the user is responsible for the accuracy, security and legal compliance of transactions made on the platform.
Paydos provides necessary support according to the features and services specified on the platform. However, Paydos does not guarantee the results requested by users in any transaction.
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and in case of dispute, Eskişehir (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
