E-Commerce Agreement

Parties

This E-Commerce Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between Serhat Şahin Hallaç - Paydos ("Seller" or "Paydos") and restaurants, hotels and other businesses ("Customer" or "User") that receive services, purchase products or services through the Paydos platform.

Subject of Agreement

This Agreement regulates the provisions and conditions regarding the provision of services such as order tracking, payment tracking, stock management, personnel management through the platform provided by Paydos and the execution of payment transactions.

Service Definition

Paydos offers the following services to accelerate the operational processes of restaurants, hotels and other businesses:

Order Tracking

Digital management of order processes

Payment Processing

Accepting payments via QR, cash, POS

Stock Tracking

Inventory management and stock control

Staff Tracking

Employee management and shift planning

5

Revenue Tracking

Sales analysis and revenue reporting

Restaurant Activity Tracking

Monitoring business activities

Paytr Payment System

Secure payment infrastructure integration

Payment Terms

Commission

Paydos takes a commission in return for the services it provides. The commission rate is calculated as specified on the platform.

Payment Processing

Payments are made through the Paytr payment infrastructure and Paydos only intervenes in payments as a commission.

Security

Paydos only takes commission from transactions made through Paytr's secure payment infrastructure, payments are completely processed by Paytr.

Termination and Cancellation Terms

User Termination

Users can terminate their membership and delete their accounts at any time through the platform.

Paydos Termination

Paydos has the right to terminate the service if users act against the service terms.

Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation policy, if service is provided and payment is received, is generally non-refundable. However, refund and cancellation requests can be evaluated within the framework of legal requirements.

Obligations

User Obligations

  • Using Paydos services only within legal limits
  • Platform usage in accordance with service terms
  • Provided information being accurate and up-to-date

Paydos Obligations

  • Continuous provision of platform services
  • Ensuring user data security
  • Providing technical support and customer services

Legal Applications and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The parties authorize Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices for the resolution of disputes between them.

Liability Limitations

Paydos is not responsible for transactions on the platform, but Paytr is responsible for transaction security.

Agreement Changes

Paydos may update this agreement from time to time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the platform.
