Delivery and Return Terms

As Paydos, we are a platform that provides digital menu, ordering and payment solutions to food and beverage businesses. Delivery service is not provided directly by us. All orders are conveyed to the relevant business through the table where customers are located, and delivery is carried out directly by business personnel.

Delivery Conditions

Paydos does not provide logistics or courier services. Orders placed by customers are prepared and delivered directly by the business where the order is forwarded. Delivery time may vary depending on the preparation time of products and business intensity.

In these processes, Paydos only ensures the digital transmission of the order; product supply and delivery are the responsibility of the business.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Paydos acts as an intermediary platform in order cancellation or return processes. Cancellation and return requests are entirely at the discretion of the relevant business. Businesses have the authority to perform cancellation, return and refund operations through the Paydos panel.

The amount to be refunded is automatically put into the refund process through the Paytr infrastructure, with the approval of the business through the Paydos system. Refund periods may vary depending on banks' transaction processes.

Important Note

Orders belong directly to the serving business, and requests regarding the quality, preparation or delivery of products should be resolved directly with the business. Paydos is a service provider that digitally facilitates the ordering and payment process between the business and the customer.
